@sugarpops:Yes, thanks for asking! We have decided to have the ceremony on the beach after all!! I figured, we love the beach and most of our guests are coming from Ohio so we might as well have it on the beach for a true beach wedding! :)

Hey Wilmington ladies! I live in Charlotte and am planning on getting married at Wrightsville Beach. I am in need of some major ceremony site help. I love this area and have been coming here since I was young. I have a reception site picked at WB but am desperate to find a ceremony site on the intracoastal waterway or on a channel or pier/deck. I have decided I want to avoid the beach if possible due to the wind and sand. I also would be interested in renting a house with backyard on waterway or even oceanfront with a grass area....but I have found this is hard to find unless you know someone that is willing to let you rent their house. If anyone has any suggestions around the WB area I would greatly appreciate it! :) Thanks and good luck to you all!!
