I had the SAME problem! I had to continue in excel because I didn't know how to fix it. Sorry I can't help! Wonder if you can contact wedding channel?
I feel your pain. The Knot "ate" about a third of my guests' addresses and a handful of guests entirely. My advice would be to export it to Excel, and double-check that you have everybody. Send it to both your parents as a second set of eyes.
I'm sorry!
I looked for a contact link but couldn't find one... I think they are the same as The Knot so maybe I'll check on that site to see if I can figure out how to fix it. For now I am in Excel too. I'll post if I find a resolution... Thanks.
Oh sounds like The Knot is no better... Will stick with Excel- thanks for the info.

Anyone else using wedding channel for thier guestlist? They changed the format and now when I import my guestlist into the new format, it is not counting any of my plus one's. My count is all off... Anyone else using this and know how to fix it? Thanks.
