I’m so excited!! We (and by that, I mean “me” FH could care less about china) chose the “Chirp”patten by Lenox for our registry.”Chirp”patten by Lenox for our registry.
It’s so pretty, and since my new name will be that of a bird species, I thought it fitting for our new family :).
But, stop the PRESSES!! After browsing Amazon.com, I found this…
GAH! CHIRP CHRISTMAS PLATES! BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL CHRISTMAS PLATES!
I didn’t even bother to register these, I just bought ’em on the spot. Happy, happy, happy. Oh, how I love this pattern. Any exciting news with your china pattern? Adding christmas plates to your registry? Is that even done, or is that one of those things you should always just buy yourself?

Those Christmas plates are so cute! I thought about registering for the chirp pattern, but thought I might get tired of it. But I LOVE the Christmas plates! I actually am in love with the idea of special holiday patterns but haveN’t really been able find anything special in my china pattern.
Honestly, I think it would be fine putting it on a registry, though!

This is an old post, sorry to revive it- I am deciding whether or not to register for china and am also in love with Chirp. (And an amazon search the other night also yielded those yummy Christmas dishes for me as well!) Those plates are amazingly beautiful. Glad you found them and decided to get them for yourself! 🙂
