I think you could still do navy! Maybe add magenta as a bright pink pop of color as well? Your dress is lovely, by the way. 
If your heart is set on Navy, I would suggest adding a champagne colored sash to the BM dresses to incorporate the neutral colors in their dresses and then incorporate all the colors in the bouquets:
Blue Iris or Hydrangea, Ivory/Creamy roses, then wrap the stems in a champagne or taupe ribbon. Also suggest just the blue accents in your bouquet and then just the creamy colors in the BM bouquets.
I also love light blue and champange!
My wedding colors are actually champagne and taupe. My dress has a champagne sash on it and the BM dresses are champagne with a taupe sash!

My dress is the color of your accents and our girls are doing Lake blue bridesmaid dresses. I agree with wrapping their stems in champagne colored ribbon. I really think it will all pull itself together! Great dress, by the way!
I have a champagne colored sash on my dress, but had already settled on black for BM dresses when I chose my dress. I'm incorporating the champagne/gold as one of the wedding colors, even though the BM aren't wearing it. We're using it for table linens, aisle runner, centerpieces and bouquet ribbons.
I love your dress! I think navy would totally go with it and agree with Miss Bruschetta that a bright pop of pink would tie it all together

My dress has taupe accents on it (bands at the bottom and ribbon at the waistline) - what colors (BM and accent colors) would go with that OTHER than taupe/neutral?
The dress is gorgeous, I love it - but I wanted navy BM dresses and am having a hard time picturing that with the flowers and all.
Any ideas?
