I think you can separate out the duties.
Mistress of Ceremony is the one who keeps an eye on the clock, keeps the different parts of the events running on time and typically would address the crowd when announcments and such need to be made.
Your other aunt can then be in charge of overseeing the details - making sure stuff like programs, escort cards, favors, etc. are in the proper places.

This does help... I know that I will need two different people to help run things. I just wanted to be sure the "titles" would be seperate. Would I include either of them on the program?

I asked my aunt to be Mistress of Ceremony, and I was hoping to have my other aunt really involved as well. Does the Mistress take over coordinator duties? Or can I have my other aunt do that as a seperate line of duties?
I want both of them to be involved and I know having to help with everything all day might be a bit much for the one aunt.
What do you think? Are they basically the same title?
