DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!! I placed an order with the baker, Tracey, for 3 dozen cupcakes for my daughter's college trunk party. She suggested I "sample and view her work" prior to confirming the order. A few hours later I received the following email from her:
Hi ________ I'm sorry but i just had someone pay for 200 cupcakes for July 30th without a tasting or samples. Sorry. Thanks Tracy
I replied telling her how tacky and unprofessional she was and that it was quite obvious she bails on customers when presented with a larger order. She then emailed me alleging she was asking if I could pick up my order the night before. (What an insult to my intelligence!). As you can see from her statement, she mentioned nothing about other arrangements, rather she was dismissing me. She continued to email me with discount offers, etc. Of course, all were ignored. Most importantly, she is a FRAUD. I sent her several photos of cupcakes I found on line that I wanted her to create. To my dismay, she posted one of the EXACT photos as her own work.
If you want a reliable, trustworthy, professional baker- LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Philly ladies, I found a cupcake vendor "Cupcakes4less.com" that I am meeting with next saturday. I have found that the typical cupcakery/bakery is asking for about $2.50- $3.50 per cupcake. Well she charges $1/cupcake. She includes a custom cupcake stand with the costs (acrylic or paper) as well. We have a tasting with her next Saturday, I will be sure to update with what we think. She seemed really nice so far, and has great pics of her work.
