Wedding Day Disasters ... you'll be okay as long as this doesn't happen

I was watching cool youtube wedding videos and stumbled across these.  I think that as long as something like this doesn't happen at my wedding, I'll be just fine.  I would just die if this happened to me.  Really puts things in perspective!

Yeah I've seen the second one before, it's from a beer commercial not a real wedding.  Would have been horrible if it was though.

Man i've seen that first one quite a few times before but it never gets any better! I still can't imagine WHY they would get married there though. I mean really? No rail and standing that close??? Kind of seems like an accident waiting to happen.

I'm pretty sure the 1st one was staged...just didn't seem right. The 2nd one is hilarious (only because AsB already explained it wasn't real)! Either way, as long as neither happens w/ us, I'm a-okay!

If anything like that happens... OH WELL!  I'd just roll with it, getting upset wouldn't change what has already occured, it would suck but I wouldn't let it ruin the whole day. And it would be a great story to tell the grandkids someday!

Oh I had no idea the 2nd one wasn't real! Okay, now it's funny.

Here's another one ... I've already told my FI this is not acceptable at our wedding.

@futuremrskelsey: omfg, you have GOT to be kidding. That would TOTALLY ruin my whole day. How rude & disrespectful. It wasn't like it was a little piece, it was a whole tier!! Insane...

I can't count how many people sent me the video where the bride falls in the pool. It was especially relevant for us because we got married next to a stream (we called it our "moat.") My mother had so many daytime-nightmares about that happening to me. Personally I was never worried, and of course we all remained on dry land. :)

Well, hey, this kind of puts the whipped cream fight at our reception into perspective!  ;-)

futuremrskelsey, Wow!! That guy is a monster douche. I was surprised she didn't immediately ask for a divorce.

@Goodie: That's exactly what I was thinking when I saw the video.  At least the bride seemed to take it all in stride.  If it were me, I would not be laughing, I'd either be royally pissed or in tears.

I would probably laugh if my cake went toppling over. Only because I'm just really laid back and whatever happens, happens. However, I do have a fear of passing out at our wedding. If I get too hot I pass out. :(

I'm gullible and think everything on youtube is real! Haha. I did feel so bad for the first bride...just the thought of something messy happening on me gives me the squiggies!!

The guy that smashed the cake on the brides head? That's horrible!! He took it way too far. I don't even want to feed each other cake o.0

I'll take cake toppling, guy fainting, some bozo tumbling down the stairs over the above.

@futuremrskelsey: omg that guy is obviously a douche bag.  like 100% no kidding A-hole.  she should not be marrying him, you can see the malicious disrespect in his eyes!  when he's rubbing cake into the bridesmaid... intense disrespect for women.  for sure.  that stuff makes me sad.

I think the pole dancing thing is real, it's too raw not to be lol!  such a funny vid
