I’m trying to put together an “emergency” kit for the day of. I know there are a lot of lists online, got all that!
But was there anything that happened at your wedding that you totally weren’t prepared for, even if you had the usual band-aids, tylenol, and Tide? Or anything you could have used that people traditionally don’t think about?

@CzechBride14: Always a good idea, I wish I had done one, it didn’t cross my mind.

I worked for my church as a wedding coordinator, so I’ve got a pretty good bag put together. These aren’t all necessary, but this is what I have:
- white thread and needle (bonus if you have thread in bridesmaid dress color)
- safety pins
- mini hot glue gun
- bobby pins
- wet wipes
- nail polish removed pads
- post-its and a pen
- tylenol, immodium, tums, benadryl/claritin
- tide pen
- nail file and clippers
- duct tape (they make small flat packs)
- body lotion
- sunscreen (if you’re spending time in the sun)
