MAC Studio Sculpt Foundation. Awesome coverage and moisturizes too! I also like how it photographs, gives you creamy, porcelain skin!

Try Nars Sheer Glow. It’s not really “sheer” coverage, but it’s not exactly full coverage either. However, if you have good skin, I would wear it with a good concealer and setting powder on top–try MAC Skinfinish Natural. I have super dry skin and I wear it over Origins Vitazing Moisturizer, and it creates that glowy, dewy look like in your pics.

@lealorali:  Aw, that’s a huge compliment! I’m not a professional or anything. I just have a “slight” makeup addiction. Do you have a Sephora near you? If so, go in there and talk to one of the SAs and get samples.

I have super dry skin and used Make Up Forever’s liquid make up foundation for my wedding–it’s really moisturizing and great, I get it at Sephora. I also like Laura Mercier’s illuminating tinted moisturizer–it’s less coverage but has that dewy look.

My skin has recently become normal-dry. Smashbox 15 hour moisturizing is my go-to for total coverage. But I HAVE to do good prep before I put on any make-up. I wash my face with raw honey first, then moistruize liberally with Cerave. That gives my skin the base moisture it needs in order to have a smooth make-up application without flaky spots and whatnot.

@lealorali:  Love, love, LOVE Armani foundations for dry skin types. Depending on how dry your skin and what kind of coverage you want, I like both the Luminous Slk Foundation (gives an amazingly lustrous yet non-shiny finish, long-lasting and feels great on the skin) and the Designer foundation (it’s a heavier creme formula but gives better coverage and is a tad richer than the LSF). I work in TV, live in an incredibly dry climate and these two foundations are the favourites of the makeup artists I work with. I find MAC foundations generally too drying. Chanel is good too, their Vitalumiere is really lovely and hydrating.

Im actually a MAC pro member and draw myself away from their foundation when photos are involved, only because they can give you a terrible white cast. This is because 98% of their foundation carries SPF. I would def. recommend Makeup Forever HD Foundation. Looks AMAZING in pictures and in person. totally flawless. get a sample and test it for yourself =)

@Mrs. Chai:  I second the Studio Sculpt. It never leaves a white cast in my pics and I have VERY dry skin.

My other faves:

MUFE HD

Laura Mercier creme foundation

Eve Pearl HD

@gelaine22:  I love it too!  I keep hearing about the MUFE HD foundation.  I will have to try it!
