I like the Delta Burke underwear/bra collection. It's all plus sized and very cute and pretty comfortable. I get it at Ross Dress For Less. It's the same store as Marshall's. Also, do you have the store Torrid there? They have supercute lingerie. The only thing is that the bustier style undergarments have notoriously SMALL CUPS. I've gotten some fun (like peak-a-boo) underwear there, though. Torrid is also online and they sell Spanx, which everyone swears by (I haven't used them yet). Best of luck to you!
I'm interested in finding out too! Have the plus-sized gals been satisfied with the prices for spanx vs the helpfulness of it? I used to be just the perfect size for the upper end of Hot Topic's corsets, but I gained a little too much for that.
How about a nighty with a push up bra in it? And crotchless thong? That will hide the tummy, flatter the hips and give a lift to the bust!
Fredericks actuallly does have a plus line as well a hipsandcurves.com or torrid.com. I have personally ordered from all three and Im a street size 20 with a 40DDD bust.
@ TheRen- Fredericks, as in Fredricks of hollywood? The last time i went into a brick-n-mortor store of theirs, all their sizes stopped at a L or a 36D. Although, that was years ago. Is their plus sized things available in store or only online? I'll have to check out hipsandcurves.com! Last time I went into Torrid, their sizes fit, but their cups were toooooooooo small for my melons, ifyaknowhatImean.
@socialbride86- ummm...I would feel very very wrong wearing a crotchless thong if a family member or a friend had to help me with my dress to use the toilet. Sexy underthings would be one thing, crotcheless would just be a bit too much daring for me that night! A nighty might be nice, but I had such a huge chest already, I have zero need for a puch-up bra! thanks for the ideas though! :)
@mermaideve- I've never heard of the Delta Burke underwear/bra collection. I do not think we have any Ross Dress for Less shops in the milwaukee area. :( I will have to look online to see if anywhere else nearby carries them! Thanks! :D
I love hipsandcurves.com. I think about half of the panties I have are from them now! I can also sing the praises of Fantasie of England bras. According to professional fitters, I'm a (in European sizing) 38JJ. Yep, big girls ahoy! /sigh So while I've not bought any of H&C's bras, I'm a devoted purchaser of Fantasie's bras. They've been the one underwire I've worn that -didn't- stab me to death. <3!
@rabbit- Yes Fredericks has plus size online and in the store. Hipsandcurves.com is awesome and where I got my waist clincher (a corset without a bra area) and a corset of mine *again Im a 40DDD* and the top fit just fine!)

I seem to be having a problem finding plus sized lingerie which is both practical (sucks things in and holds things up and/or out without cutting off circulation) AND sexy AND comfortable AND won't make me sweat like a pig during our early September wedding (in two places with no air conditioning!). I know, crazy, right? Does anyone have any good suggestions for places which either cater to or are exclusively for us larger, curvy girls? I am hoping to find both sexy spanx type stuff and sexy-naughty type stuff.
