@Sugar_and_Spice:  I think it looks pretty great. I agree about making the eyebrows a little darker and the liner a bit thinner. Other than that, I don’t see problems.

How long has your mua been doing makeup? Brows should definitely be darker.. closer to your hair colour so it looks natural. Eyeliner should be thinner. Do you wear red often? I love red lips, but they’re extremely high maitenence, especially with kissing/hugging etc. Just a heads up 🙂

@Sugar_and_Spice:  I agree that the eyebrows need to be darker and that the liner is either too heavy on the top or the bottom (I am thinking a bit of both but more the bottom). The lip color may not be the right shade, you can still do something bold but I don’t know if I love the color on you.

The hair is beautiful but I think something on the sides (like loose curls) would do the trick!

However, if you love it and you want it then I suggest you go for it! Nothing makes a bride look prettier than a true happy smile 🙂

Once you feel like you love your look then I would stick to your guns and refuse to change no matter what others say!

I agree on the brows and eyeliner. The red jumped out at me– personally I’d go for something softer.

Brow need a little attention, a little lighter on the liner.

And I also agree that that lip color might be too much on your face.

I agree on the brows – they should be darker, and more defined – and little less on the liner. I think you can definitely do red lips, but perhaps try something more orange/tomato-hued or even a russet red (like the reds Christina Hendricks favours). I’d also skip the gloss, a creamy/matte lip is definitely the way to go to avoid having to touch up every two minutes.

@Sugar_and_Spice:  You are gorgeous! I never wore make up until I had a wedding to plan for and now I am so addicted to all the products the hive suggested (thanks Bees Undecided

I think once you have another try it will turn out perfect (it is great that there are easy fixes and it isn’t like the actual applying is wrong). Maybe try a copper color lip that is bold? Also your isnpirations aren’t very heavy on either the top OR bottom! Are you wearing any falsies? I would get lashes for the bottom lash line to give it a darker look without being to heavy. False lashes on the upper lash line would make the eye bolder without a need for dark heavy liner

i agree about the lipcolour – go with a matte or satin finish instead of gloss. gloss is super high maintenance! maybe even a lip stain?

and i’d pump up your lashes a bit 🙂

i love your colouring 🙂

@Sugar_and_Spice:  I think the eyeliner just needs some lashes and it wont look quite so thick.  Brows def need to be darker.  I don’t like the red lips, I think it is too over powering and takes away from your eyes.

I really like first inspiration pic.

I quite like the red lipstick in the second inspiration picture– I think b/c it’s slightly more matte than the one you’re wearing in your own pictures.

I also really like the lipstick Hendricks is wearing in the first inspiration picture.
