I so should have created a Master List for the wedding... who needs to be where when, what needs to be given to who, what I need to have with me, gosh. It would have made things so much easier! It's definitely a good idea and NOT bridezilla. No matter how organized you are, on your wedding day, you just can't do it all yourself so things just start to go crazy!

The timelines here are great but I really need a numbers list because atm we have everyone coming in from everywhere. No one is driving because most of our guests are English... man I hope no one gets lost/misplaced
I used Mrs. Daffodil's wedding day timeline as a jumping off point and then modified it to suit our needs. I think it's great if you break down the info in a variety of different ways. Your photographer won't need the detailed list, but your drivers will. Etc.
I'm also doing detailed "how to" instructions, so people will know exactly how we want them to set up different decorations and elements and will not need to ask ME!

Has anyone ever done a wedding day master list? A printout maybe about every possible concern and things that will help everything go smoothly for the day. Something to give your MOH, Wedding cordinator or everyone to minimize confusion on the day? I know its somewhat bridezilla but I was trying to come up with a master list, anything you think I need to add:
Where everyone is getting ready (just to contact them or know where they will be):
Transport for everyone (make sure everyone knows whos driving and carpooling):
Times of everything for bride and groom (where they will be when the whole day):
Who's picking up what and when (anything needed on the day from bottled water to flowers to the gown):
Phone numbers of everyone in the wedding party, family and friends helping on the day:
Phone numbers of all vendors, wedding cordinator, cab companies - office and cell phones:
Person in charge of getting in touch with the bride, getting in touch with the groom (cause I wont be tucking my phone in my dress):
Rundown of the ceremony and reception schedule copies for all vendors:
