I am getting pretty confused with how our schedule is going to work. My ceremony start time is 4 p.m. The hair place scheduled our appts for 11. Is that enough time for 5 girls to get there hair done? I have to be out of there by 2 at the latest. I would then have to drive 10 minutes away to get dressed and have a few pictures done before the ceremony. The limo will be picking us up between 3 and 3;15. The ceremony site depending should take about 1/2 to get to. In the meantime the boys will be dropped off there before us. It is outdoors and it will be the middle of August which is HOT!! So they are going to be waiting outdoors for about an hour. I just think this is setting myself up for disaster. I just don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?? Especially for the boys. I don't know what to do about having them stand outdoors for about 45 minutes in the hot heat. There are no indoor facilities. Maybe I am just worrying to much.

Where are you getting married that they do not have an option to sit inside?

At most hair salons, you should be able to get several hairdressers working at the same time. I am going in with 5 bridesmaids and budgeting 1-1.5 hours since they will be doing everyone's hair at the same time.

Why don't the boys take someone's car(s) instead of the limo? Limos are nice, but they will NOT be happy groomsmen after an hour outside in the heat.

I am getting married outside at Delaware Park Rose Garden. The only way to have access to the indoors is if you book the casino for your reception which we did not. They will not let you in their under any circumstances. I was not thinking about all the little details when I booked the ceremony. They really want to ride in the limo so i'm not sure what to do. I guess I just hope its not that hot that day because if it is i'm in trouble. Those boys will be sweating to death out there!!
