Before I even got engaged, I had a dream that I went to a hotel to get ready for the wedding but they'd forgotten to reserve my room, so they told me I could get ready in the hotel bar! I went into the restroom stall to put on my dress only to realize that I'd left it at home. I sent my mother to pick up my dress and she came back with the wrong one. It was black and slutty.

i had a dream that everything was going perfect on my wedding day but as i arrived at the church, my man and all his groomsmen were outside, in jeans, not aware of what to do and he SAW ME!! lol ...
i was so disturbed that i decided to hire a wedding coordinator within the week!!!
@mmauricio: haha that's awful! I hope the coordinator brings you a little more peace of mind though!
I had a dream the other night that we forgot to do our "first look" (which would also mean we forgot to do photos before but this didn't occur to me in the dream) before the ceremony. I was at the top of the aisle, all the guests were there, and I hiked up my dress and ran in my heels to FI who was in some hallway somewhere so we could have our first look. Weird because a) He wasn't waiting for me at the other end of the aisle. b) What does the first look matter if he's about to see my coming down the aisle, wouldn't that be our new first look?! C) I didn't care about the ceremony starting late because of my sprinting back and forth across the venue.
The idea of me hiking up my trumpet dress and sprinting in heels gave me a good laugh though!
I hate my dreams that I keep having. They make me feel panicky.
But the first freak out dream I had, we were not in our church, we were in some horrible ugly 80's decor church. Like peach carpet and walls...oh it was bad. And I forgot my music for the ceremony so I had to run home and get it. Someone came and told me that a friend of ours left because she stepped over a spider. But Kathy Griffin was there....I hate her... Anyways. Then I went to leave to go get the music and everyone was supposed to be in the sanctuary but nope...everyone was out in the lobby and I didn't want everyone to see my dress so I ran out of the church.
The latest dream I had my fiance got in a pool in his pants he was supposed to wear for the wedding and I got so mad at him I started crying in my dream and I had forgotten to order everything and that dream really really stressed me out.
Haha I think it's so funny that we all probably spend WAY too much time planning this day and our biggest fear is that we haven't planned enough! That, and we'll forget to do everything we did plan!!
I was stressed out about hair and make-up the other day and I drempt that I showed up at the wedding ceremony in jeans and t-shirt with no make-up!! So busy doing decorations I didn't have time to get ready. This one shook me....AHHH :)
I had a dream that it was the day of my wedding and I completely forgot. I had no makeup/hair person because I didn't confirm. I also went to put my dress on and realized not only was it not altered--it wasn't steamed and therefore was all wrinkled because I forgot to take it to the seamstress. I was in serious panic-mode.
This was by far my worst one and I woke up in a panic that I had forgotten my wedding day! How silly is that?
What a great thread! My latest crazy wedding dream involved me in a hotel room getting ready with EVERYONE who was invited to the wedding. I then realized that my wedding dress was not ready and needed major alterations. So I am standing there trying to get ready when i see my old crazy roommate (who I definitely do not speak to and is certainly not invited) putting on her wedding dress! She told me she was going to wear it to my wedding! I pulled off her veil, put it on, and set off for the ceremony...
Bizarre! These always leave me waking up in a panic too!

I know we're all having them...I want to hear the best and the worst of them!!
A few nights ago, I dreamt that I had forgotten to buy a strapless bra for my strapless dress! I was walking down the aisle and realized that I had a regular old bra on, that I hadn't gotten the dress taken in, and the tags were still on!
I stopped walking down the aisle and yelled out, asking if anyone had a strapless bra I could borrow. It was a terrible dream! I felt like such an unprepared mess!
