Recently bought Kenneth pool Royalty gown in October, and specifically asked the store to have it mailed to their sister store in my home town (since I purchased it at a trunk show from the same company just a different city). I was told it was possible for them to have the dress sent to their sister company on 2 separate phone conversations 1 and 2 months prior to arrival. Needles to say it was NOT shipped to my hometown.
Upon the dress’ arrival the company called me to tell me the dress had shipped to the store from which I bought it (not my home town) and reminded me that my payment was due. I asked them could you drive it up to my hometown and I’ll pay then. After waiting a week, I called the store and I was told, “the manager is actually on her way to your hometown, maybe she has your dress. I will call you back.” I get called back and unfortunately, NO the manager did not bring my dress. Again, I was reminded of payment. So, I did because I did not want to be a “fussy bride.”
This weekend that store will also be having a Kenneth Pool Trunk show… and for some reason I am hoping that they will not show my dress or display it. The other alternative to getting my dress is to have them UPS it to me overnight before their trunk show. However I am fearful of the dress arriving in shambles..
For a dress that is exorbitant, they should have delivered to the place they had promised…
