So, my wedding dress came in finally… YAY!!!!!
The only problem is that I ordered it when I was at my peak in size, and have unfortunately fallen off the wagon a little bit. So, when I went to try it on… it doesn’t fit!! The issue is all in my bust/back, where it is about 1-2 inches too small (corset back… panel doesnt reach across fully!) on my stomach it is PERFECT and on my hips it’s too big and needs to be taken in 1-2 inches… soooo… I need help! What kinds of exercises can I do to tone up my back/chest area… obviously I don’t need tonnes… but my first official “fitting” is on August 13th… so I have like 6 weeks to get 2 inches off!! HELP!!!

Pushups! Also, work on getting back on a good diet.

You sound like you’re built just like me! When I was trying dresses on the other day, everything looked amazing but could close when we got to the ribcage. 🙁 I gained weight overall, and even though I will always be disproportionate, it tends to be not as bad when I lose a few pounts overall. I am going to just diet in general to get rid of those 15lbs. You should still have enough time. Good luck!

Butterflies – low weight more sets and reps. If you use to much weight you will add girth. Also lat pulls.

Toning may just add size if you don’t lose some of that insulation on top of the muscle 😉
Focus on your diet and cardiovascular exercise to lose the inches. Do toning exercise if you want to increase your definition but this will NOT help you lose inches!
