I think it is beautiful. Why type wedding are you having?

That dress is lovely! I’m going to let another bee make the alterations call since I have no experience with that, but I would not put a band – or sash. The diagonal ruching, drop waist, I just don’t think a sash would enhance those areas, I think it will detract from the flow. But you look great!

If you’re having second thoughts maybe go to a thread on here about bees before and after shots. So many women on that thread confessed to having dress regret but then loved the dress on their wedding day – that might ease your mind a little. I had ridiculous dress regret but with all the accessorizing and hair/makeup that goes into the look, it turns everything around.

I think it looks great! You would need to consult with a seamstress about the neckline, but I think it would definately be possible (almost ANYTHING is possible). I think that if you add a beautiful sash, it will give you the look you are wanting! Trust your gut feeling!

it looks so beautiful on you… a drop waist gown is not for everyone and you definitely pull it off beautifully!!!

You look GORGEOUS in this dress! I’m thinking fingertip veil over the one you have on, but this dress is totally beautiful.

Wow where do you get that blah feeling from? That dress looks amazing, I guess you could add a thin sash though I don’t think it needs anything. I really love it!

I’d leave the dress as it is.  It looks great on you! I think either change would ruin the dress. It does have a slight sweetheart neckline, but if you had a deeper one it wouldn’t have as much bling at the top.  If you add a sash it will detract from the flow, as PP said.  If you think things are too blah, I would add blingy jewelry!!  And I think another PP was right, a fingertip veil would be better!  You look fabulous! Once your hair is done up, your make-up is done, and your jewelry is on, you will look absolutely stunning!
