Wedding dress help!

@mallorinicole:  Why don’t you get a dress that you love with a simple scoop neckline (like in the picture) but add the jewels/pearls yourself?

It would be easier to glue the jewels onto the dress with a hot glue gun — the pictures may or may not show the champagne/gold colour of the jewels, depending on lighting. There are many beading stores you can visit; plus side is Boxing Week is coming in a few weeks — so you’ve got time to scout for jewels you like!

I think part of the dress is that the jewels are in a different colour to the fabric, making them stand out.  Yes, the would clash with your wedding colours, so I like the idea of changing them. If you wanted a similar effect of having the neckline stand out but with cream jewels, maybe try having the neckline edge say 2 inches, made from a lace or crotchet, to which you attach the jewels, but leaving some open areas that you can see the skin through,  the skin then provides the colour accents.
