crhenry79:  I think you’re being really harsh on yourself because you look really great in ALL of those dresses!! #2 is espcially my favourite on you. There’s something about it…I think how there’s a pattern on top that goes down the dress a bit, and the slight rushing. I can’t really put my finger on, it but it looks fab and super flattering!

I think that the top of the dress on #3 highlights your tatas, so if that’s not something you want to do, I would avoid that criss-cross style on top. (It’s great for small boob people like me).

Overall, all 3 of those dresses are the same shape…and I personally think you’re rocking it! Your waist looks tiny and your stomach looks flat – every brides’ dream, right!?

You could try on dresses with a natural waist (or move the belt down to natural waist position) to see how that compares to the empire.

I think for your shape the best cut would be a strapless, slightly dropped waisted a-line.  So, for example take the second dress you have shown here and imagine what it would look like if it gradually flaired out starting at the top of your hips.  I think it would look stunning.

I wouldn’t go to David’s Bridal unless you have to stay under $800.  If your budget is around $1000, try some Allure gowns matching the style I described above.  I think you will be very pleased.  You have lovely curves.  Please don’t hide them under a babydoll/empire waist gown.

You do have a great figure. I think a dress that is more A line, perhaps even with straps would be more flattering and help balance the top of the dress with the bottom.

I think you look fabulous in all 3, and I’m not just saying that because #3 was my wedding dress! 😀 You really do look great, and they all flatter your figure, which is BY NO MEANS “fat.” Really, you look awesome!

That said, I loved my dress, but I had trouble keeping it up all night, and if you have “big tatas” you might want to look for something with straps to help hold everything in place!

<br />Don’t worry, you will find something that you love!

crhenry79:  I’m biased in favor of the third dress too, as it was mine too. I didn’t have any issues with it falling down, though as I had straps added to it. Remember that is always an option!

I really like the first one on you! 🙂 They all look good it was my fave tho the third top does emphasize your large chest but it was very flowy and pretty

crhenry79:  I love dress 1 and 3! I think if you wore it with a  slip to give the bottom more volume, it would even you out perfectly.

crhenry79:  I’m also plus sized and had trouble finding a dress. If you live near an alfred angelo store, they have a resonable selection of dresses in a variety of sizes. I don’t think you look bad in any of the dresses you posted, but if you don’t like any of them, I say keep looking. Of the dresses you posted, I like #2 the best.

Maybe something like these?

that first dress looks AMAZING on you. Seriously you have the perfect body to pull it off, it’s hugging you in all the right places, and for a beach I thiink it is perfect!
