Wedding dress mix up! Help, Please!

Considering the dress hasn’t officially been “ordered” with the company you should be able to cancel on the dress you originally purchased and transfer the deposit to the one you really want.  I’m not making any promises, but I don’t see why there would be an issue.

They would most likely switch it, but I’d call right now. Leave a message if it’s closed. If they have an email, send that off too. Legally I believe within 24 hours they have to refund you (I.e. you can reneg a contract).
