Can they take it out a little bit at the top, so it doesn't sit so tightly against your skin? I know my dress fit tightly at the chest/torso, but was loose enough at the top so that skin pinch wasn't an issue.
That's the weird thing - it isn't tight! It is just me :( I've gotten lazy on my workouts since cold weather got here and I'm just a bit flabby... Not sure how to focus on tightening this one weird area...

Help! I've just gotten my wedding dress in after alterations and it looks beautiful - EXCEPT... It is strapless and I've got this flabby little overhang on each side above the bust. I've only got three weeks until the wedding! How can I get rid of this?! Does anyone have ideas for exercises that will help tone this weird area? The crazy thing is - Im really small breasted (between and A and B cup) so I wouldn't expect this to be such an issue as it would be for a fuller-figured girl.
