I used WedClean, as have a lot of ladies on here. They did a great job and kept me posted about when my dress arrived and the problems with it. My wedding was outside and so the bottom of my organza dress was pretty dirty. They let me know as soon as they got it that this was potentially a problem area, and then after they did all they could do, they made sure to let me know that it was not 100% before they even shipped it, just so I knew they did all they could. I was thinking there was still going to be a mess of stains on it, but you almost can't tell, so they did a great job!
I am pretty sure that the company you were looking into is the company that my seamstress uses (and she handles just about every wedding dress in my area), so she must really trust them. I didn't use them simply because WedClean was cheaper, and actually located near my city.

Has anyone used an online company to clean and preserve their wedding dress? I found affordablepreservation.com where they mail you a box and you send them your dress - this makes me a little nervous though!! But compared to spending $400 to $500 dollars at a local dry cleaners, this seems like a much better alternative. Any suggestions would be great!! Thanks.
