This is part II to this post.
After we left Davids, we went to lunch to rest. I was so hot and tired from lifting those heavy dresses by myself. We then headed over to Alfred Angelo. The salon was smaller, but the staff was awesome. The sales rep I was working with was so friendly. She actually came into the dressing room and helped me get in and out of dresses. She didn't bring me anything that I didn't want. Alfred Angelo didn't have any tea length dresses, but oh well. They only had the mullet dresses. Short in the front, long in the back. So here are the dresses from Alfred Angelo. Guess which one I might be ordering.

This is the first dress I posted, but it's in ivory, not 8 sizes too big, and has a lace up instead of a zip up.
Alfred Angelo has some beautiful dresses! A lot of them have super long trains that were just too much for our outdoor ceremony. There is one though that I may go back for!!!!
Ok so I love all of them, BUT the 7th & 9th pic is my dress, so I'm pretty partial to it! I say THAT ONE!

Isn't the last the same as the first?
I really really like that last one and it is not usually a style I like, but it looks amazing on you.
Mullet dresses - LOL!
I think #1, how exciting to find your dress...the smile on your face in photo #2 says it all :)
I really like dress #2. I also like the last dress but I like dress #2 the most.
@pink.sequins: They were mullet dresses! lol I tried on one at Davids and I didn't even come out of the dressing room. lol

I say the first/last one. A very beautiful dress! (..but there's something about the dress from your other thread that I think I like better--perhaps it's the waistline? Maybe it's the way it seems to have more fabric that is pleated/drapes down from the waist? No, I got it, I think it's the way the bust and the waistline are more separate from each other, while this one has the same bodice from waist to bust...does that make sense?)
I agree, you have a fantastic figure! Although I do love you in the first/last dress here, I love the way the other dress fits you even more. I'd love to see you in more of that style (not necessarily that dress in particular). You're totally rocking all of these dresses, though. :)
I do love the first one on you. I hated it on me. Love it on you. Doesn't AA rock? Great salespeople much better quality dresses than DB (no offense DB brides).

oh and I think I like the first one in white a bit more than in ivory. Im a white dress lover in general tho, so Im a tad biased! :)))
I love that first dress .... i'm not sure if it's how you look in the dress or that HUGE smile you're sportin but it's pretty and you look beautiful in it!! I'm so glad you had fun dress shopping!

It has been a long day! I am so beat! My feet are killing me!
I am in so much in love with the first/last one. The invory just looked better against my skin and it felt so much better in a lace up. Seriously, it's so flowy!
I'm going to another place tomorrow, but I'm pretty sure I might get the first/last one and then maybe the tea length one from Davids for the RD or next day session or for the honey moon! It was a fun dress!
You can always ask if you could order the dress you like without the train.. I know alot of designers do that! or you could get it altered to have the train removed :)

I was going to guess that the first/last one was the one you liked. It seems to suit you. And you are grinning like crazy wearing it :-D.

Thanks everyone. I just showed my mom the first/last dress and SHE STARTED TO CRY! I'm going to sleep on it some more, but I think I'm going to be making an appoitnment to go back and purchase the gown!

I love the first one! It's just so different than what you were originally envisioning.
@accorn: ha ha ha I know right!? I'm going to go try on the JA tomorrow. If I can get over the rough tulle feeling that it has, I may just still get it. Who knows. This one from Alfred Angelo is just so light and soft feeling. Every time I touched the Justin, I pulled my hand back because it just felt so rough.
Ooooooo....the chiffon dress is beautiful and so flowy for an outdoor wedding. Has just enough sparkle up top too! This might be blasphemy, but could you hem the flowy Alfred Angelo dress to a tea length? Would you want to hem it?
@mousegirl: We actually looked at it that way. When I had my heels on, it was just a little above the gound. I'm going to try it on again soon and look at it that way.
@HappilyEverAfter54: Thank you!!! I want to lose another 25 pounds before ordering this though. I lost the first 25 in 9 weeks, so I can lose the next 25 hopefully in that time period.
Oh the last one looks sooo good on you!!! That would be cool if it could be tea length but it also looks good full length :) Can't wait to see the JA!
