When i went to order my dress the lady said that i should get a size 8, but i told her i was still losing weight from having a baby 5 months prior. So i asked if we could get a 6 since im usually a size 4. She insisted that i get an 8 and it finally came in and now it's two dress sizes too big and has a stain on it! Will bringing in a mermaid style wedding dress two sizes ruin the shape of the dress????

Did you sign or initial anything when they ordered it, saying you consented to ordering that size?  If not, make them rush order you a new one!  Or definitely make them alter it for free or at a discount.

Most wedding dresses are able to be heavily altered.  Just make them redo it till it's right.

Can we see a pic of the dress?

I'm most concerned with how it got STAINED! Because of the stain I would def. put it on the store to fix the issue!

When i pointed out the stain she acted like she didn't see it, then rubbed it and made the dress look dirty all around the stain. She then said i have stuff to get it out, the seamstress sprayed something on it, but it didn't work. They then tryed again and it faded the stain but i can still see it! Even if the stain isnt that bad now the dress still looks dirty and touched. She said that what they could do is since its on a front seam that they could take it in a 1/4 inch so the stain would completley be removed. I just don't trust them anymore and don't want to take a chance with them! They didn't even apoligize and said the dress came in with the stain(i doubt it). Am i making a big deal out of nothing? I wasn't rude and said nothing negative towards her but i wish i did! Maybe i would've gotton something done about it.
