For my sweetheart neckline, I'm doing the dumbell presses like crazy already, but am going to follow the advice and start adding in pushups - my arch enemy btw.

I thought it was wonderful!! I'm not engaged yet, but this is good advice for working out for any event, not just a wedding. It shows you several different workouts you can do for each type of dress you're wearing depending on which body part that type of dress tends to show off: strapless (showcases chest), short dress (legs), speghetti strap (showcases arms), etc.
