I have just bought a Russian birdcage veil with feather-flower fascinator. The item is as described and almost the same as the picture shown.  Quality of the fascinator is quite good, the veil is not the best but okay. The processing and shipping were fast, it arrived in two days (i am living in Austin,TX. i ordered in on Monday afternoon and i received the shipment on Thursday morning). The packing could have been better. My experience was good with this company. And yes, the prices are good to be true (for my birdcage veil)! 

I used Wedding Factory Direct as a dropshipper.  My customer ordered a headpiece.  When she received it, she said the size was not as described and the rhinestones were crooked and dug into her head.  I have contacted the company through the email twice and have not heard from them yet.  I see this as a defective item and should fall under their return criteria.  They are quick to respond if you are giving them your money.

I placed and order for some cake jewelry on weddingfactorydirect.com and they called me shortly after and said they were not able to sell to me because I was not a company. I was not happy because their prices were sooooo good but they would not give in and did not let me order.

I would not recommed buying, unless you don't mind losing your money, if the item turns out to be not what you expect. I purchased bridesmaid jewelry and when I received it the necklaces were much smaller than pictured, but could not get my money back. They do not give any refunds. Not worth the risk, especially for a wedding!
