I have two women who are very dear to me but whom I was not able to make apart of my bridal party. Any suggestions or tips on how to recognize/include them in the wedding?
Thanks for all of your help and suggestions! =)

@Faeridrops: Are you having any readings as part of your ceremony? You could ask each of them to do a reading. Or you could ask if they would give a speech at the reception.

Could they be readers?
EDIT: I think I posted at the same time as the PP!

Thank you for all the responses. I thought the cake pulling was very interesting but I think the reading will probably be the route we will take. I never thought to incorporate it before, but it seems a fitting solution without making other friends feel left out.
Thanks again! Cheers!

Honestly I see where you are coming from, but if they aren’t BM’s it might be a little insulting to get some kind of ‘job’ (other than a reading). But only ask them to do a reading if they are really important to you!
