I did and I had to buy a new dress.

THe girl who made my dress makes BEAUTIFUL dresses and my dress was beautiful also just not what i was looking for.

The top was a completely different style from what I was looking for/ original dress had. And the beading was the wrong color.

IMO the girl who did my dress had way to much personal stuff and dresses she was making to give each dress the attention it needed. After telling her I dont know how many times i didnt want a train and I wanted champagne or gold beading I got silver but luckily no train (my sketch and sooo many convos she talked about my “train”!

If you PM me I will be more than happy to tell you who it was incase you are looking at getting a dress from her.

I also didnt leave her feedback because I also have a shop on etsy and most times if you leave someone bad feedback they get mad and leave you bad feedback.

Have you considered getting it pre-owned?  That might be a way to get the EXACT dress for the price you want.

I had mine modeled after a pretty popular designer store’s dress and it shaved 1500 off of the cost (if you included alterations in the original cost). The thing with my dress is the guy who had it made for us is a friend and actually owns a boutique an designs dresses, so he only did it as a favor to us. When I got it, it was even better than the dress I modeled it after and it needed absolutely no alterations!

I’ve known people who go the ebay route and been perfectly happy with them! Just look at all their feedback.

Just in case for osme reason we got my dress and I hated it we were going to go through this site.
