We commissioned a platter with the love verse from Corinthians instead of a guest book.

We are having 2 guest books, one for the ceremony which is the traditional sign your name type, looks like this :

and another for the reception that is a huge mirror w/ dandelions on it – guests will sign with paint markers.

We used the White Album from the Beatles, which was about 30$. After we were married I cut the album cover in half, and framed each side (record frames from Urban Outfitters) to display on our wall. All in all it was about 60$.

We chose records we already owned and people chose which one they liked best and signed up.  We just framed and hung them this weekend and I LOVE the way it looks! (DH loves his vinyl!)

I ordered extra fabric from our flower girls dress, weve used it for a few projects (flower girl basket, ring bearers pilow and guestbook) i still have to add something to the book (perhaps a pink sash?) but you get the jist. the cost was negligable ( cheap photo album, we just replaced the pages inside. my mom bought the pen… I have no idea where she got it or how much it cost).

I bought a picture signing mat and frame from micheals…. Mat was prob 10 bucks and the frame was on sale for 15…. I just put it up on the wall actually (we got a printer do I’ve printed a few wedding photos and put one in the middle)

i find these nice because really … How often are you going to take out a book and look through it… This way it’s up and you can see it …. Don’t mind the shine and reflection of my sweater lol

I only wish someone had warned me the pen went missing …. Because for some reason they ended up using a random light blue one?? Oh well it still looks nice
