I just Googled catholic wedding hymns and a bunch of sites listed a bunch of nice ideas.
We're doing Gentle Woman: Hail Mary and I Have Loved You (sung in place of a Psalm).
We are using, Here I am Lord, Ave Maria, and You raise me up. Hope that helps!
We used St. Patrick's Breatplate ("I bind unto myself today...")--but it is a bit tricky to sing; "Jesus come for we invite you", and "Praise the one who breaks the Darkness." None are really "wedding hymns" but we thought they were all appropriate.

We are using All I Ask of You 3V, Sheep May Safely Graze (J.S Bach), Panis Angelicus (Caesar Franck), Ave Maria, By My Side (Thomas J. Porter) and ending with Spring from Four Seasons (A. Vivaldi).
