And I know what you mean about the prom thing. When you say under the sea the first thing to pop in my head is the dance from Back to the Future. LOL
I don't know why I am so interested in this theme, I think it's because The Little Mermaid was like my all time favorite movie as a kid.

Ok so me and my partner have decided on a Under the Sea/ Little Mermaid-ish themed wedding..I am having a hard time finding anything to do with this theme..we're still young only 20 by the time of the wedding we'll be 21 so we want it to be vibrant and a fun theme. We used to live right next to the beach so it fits us perfectly..Any ideas would be much help!! And flower ideas :)
So far I've found some small stuff like a starfish hairpin..a gold clamshell with glitter on the lines of it, it's a trinket box so i figured it would be great for the rings!
we found this which i think definitely captures our idea and theme! the only thing we didnt like is the hanging stuff..but hopefully this helps with the big picture :)
