It’s normal to feel anxious! BUT I recommend thinking about ALL the positive aspects of it. Focus on the good things. And if something goes wrong, roll with it. I have read many stories of brides who would not let go when things went unexpectedly and really did not enjoy their day.

If you can, try doing some yoga and meditation. I know it’s time consuming BUT you owe it to yourself. And a few days before the wedding, see if you can get a relaxing massage. When I am super stressed I break out, my skin and hair looks dull, and I can’t eat. So what I try to do is replace the negative feelings with positive ones. It really helps.

Don’t worry! The day will go by so fast you won’t even have a chance to worry, once it gets started!  Just breathe and enjoy 🙂

absolutely_tati:  Mine is in 9 days and I have 4-5 OMG I”M GETTING MARRIED NEXT WEEKEND panic attacks. Its pretty normal. You’ve been planning for how long and you want things to be smooth. Not a crime! Especially with how much money is spent on a wedding. Bee, I know the EXACT feeling you are going through.

you wont notice anyone watching you. trust me. even when i looked around to take it all in, i didnt notice. when dad walked me down the isle… i only saw him and my husband… a few of my friends… and thats about it. it was as if i was alone… but in a good way. same with the dances, and eating and everything. breath and relax. i was nervous though and almost cut my fingers off at work two or three days before the wedding. i should have taken more days off. lol

absolutely_tati:  The guests want to be comfortable and for you to show happy and in love you are. That’s it. All the the rest is gravy. If you get nrevous, just focus on your new DH and project how happy and in love you are. If you do that, everyone else will have a good time.
