the knot.com has a to do list.. u can customise it to what u have already done... most important thing is paying the balances u have with vendors off. relax on ur wedding day, eat light meals that day..
get better quickly:)
@boycesgirl: I agree with @asianyoushi:, that list can be very helpful and can be tailored to what you already have done.
I would see if you can find someone to assist you. I'm sure there are a few folks around who would be willing to help you out, especially with serious med issues going on. Don't let it stress you out. In the end, you're married, the rest is just details :-) Take care and get well soon.
I agree with NDBee, the most important thing right now is that you rest and get back to 100% before the wedding, there is no use even finishing planning this thing if you are going to be sick on your big day.
Second... find a time line, find your MOH or FMIL or a helpful brides maid or SOMEONE and and just start checking off what you have done. make sure everyone is paid, make sure you have a dress that fits, and your priest and FI know where to be when, everything else is just details
Like PP said, the list from The Knot is great. No matter what list you find online, be sure to make a second one which is personal to your wedding. Don't forget all your little details about things you talked and planned about with your FI.

I am so stressed out. I got out of the hospital last night because I was puking blood and had some other issues going on. Super scary. What is even worse is that my fiance is in Afghanistan so it was really hard to get a hold of him. I'm on med leave and out of it due to being ill, taking meds, etc..... So, I'm asking you brides, what needs to be done in the final 3-4 weeks til the wedding? I'm afraid I am going to miss something.
**thanks in advance
