Airbrushing makeup is great in that it looks flawless and doesn't smudge in the heat. I had it at a friend's wedding recently.
Having said that, there isn't a problem using other sorts of makeup that cost less either. I had mineral powder professional makeup and it didn't get blotchy and looked great.
So either is fine!
Since you're getting married outside I'd go with airbrushed. You've got heat, sweat and wind as factors so you want your makeup to last. Airbrushed makeup is applied with an airbrushing machine and lasts btw 8-12 hours I think. It doesn't smudge and I don't think it has to be reapplied either. You can find facts about conventional makeup V. airbrushed makeup by going to a search engine like excite, yahoo or google and also on wedding related websites and blogs that have professional makeup artists as contributors.

Im getting married in Jamaica iv decided to go with an airbrush makeup artist i found here i think she is fantastic. Airbrushing is a little more expensive though. so is there really a big difference between airbrushing and conventional. Idid my trial btw and i absolutely loved it but i dont usually wear makeup and iv never had it proffessionally done so i don tknow lol.
I was also wondering if i should wear my hair up since it will be warm and the wedding is outdoors?
