With exactly 7 days to go till the wedding, I am trying to get beautiful for the day (no chocolate, ltos of water, no salt, exercises etc etc).
While this is all great, they are mere details compared to the terrible pale complexion brought on by lack of sleep! I’m looking for tips on how to switch my brain off when it’s time to sleep, and also sympathy stories!
Also, I’ve lost my voice, and have seven days to find it. And I’m a preeschool teacher… Sigh, damn my fiancé for wanting a winter wedding!

@Casimir23: Goodness! Hope you’re able to get some sleep soon! I’m also a teacher so I can feel you pain on the voice and this crazy time of year. The biggest thing that I’ve found that helps with switching my brain off is to just take time for myself that doesn’t require thinking about anything. I like to watch comedy or read a book before bed. Not sure if that will help, but good luck! 🙂
