i am curious about this too! it was on one of my wedding checklists: “purchase wedding insurance” and i will admit it totally baffled me! what oh what does it cover?

the one i usually hear about is wedsafe. it covers your costs in case something goes wrong–vendors not showing, something happening to your venue, etc. they have some good info on the site. one thing to keep in mind–i think it’s different than your actual vendors having their own insurance. i’m not exactly sure what the difference is, but i know that my vendors were required to have insurance (most of them do already), and it was different than something like wedsafe.

When we got married we used wedding insurance – they cover alot and their pricing is perfect. Hope this helps!
