Now that the wedding is over, I am looking for some nice keepsake boxes to store some of the miscellanous stuff I collected (shower favors, flower petals, etc.).  Can you gals show me what you are using?  I am looking for something fairly large, something that will hold my serving set.

Are you looking for something to display these items? If so, we bought a glass cabinet from Ikea so we could display some our photos, sand ceremony and other sentimental items from the wedding.

This is the cabinet we bought: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/10011055

We got a keepsake box on clearance at Hobby Lobby with a matching "memory book" in ivory silk.  I'm not sure if it that big, though.  I would start at the container store.

I like the idea of a tall glass cabinet to display your wedding items. I made a shadow box of some our most memorable items. Anything that was stackable, I threw in a pink and green box stowed away. I keep our serving set in a drawer (meant for it) in our dining room hutch/china cabinet. I use it for all special occasions.

We received this one from Pottery Barn as a gift. They etch your names and wedding date into the glass on the front. It's really really nice! I was able to fit all my keepsakes into it and have received many compliments on it.

Do you want a display box, or something more like storage?  My mother always kept her wedding things in a cedar chest.  You can get nice ones at antique stores, or they do still make them, in various sizes.

Suzanno, something in between.  A cedar chest would be lovely, but not in the budget and as beautiful as that shadowbox was, it is certainly too small.
