So it's all planned for us to get married this Sunday (due to financial reasons---wedding's still on for May 22nd). What the heck do I wear to an outside winter wedding in Boston??? My 'good' coat is long black cashmere.....not very "wedding-y"! My sister reminded me that I have to find my "something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue". And I have to decide on vows, after-party celebration spot, etc. Help!!!

Maybe visit a vintage or consignment store to try and find a more "bridal" coat? That would take care of the Something Old and Something New! Maybe look into a faux fur white capelet or wrap to put around a nice dress?

Thanks so much for finding that for me! Once I saw it I remembered that my sister has a similar coat. Now I just have to figure out a way to borrow it without her knowing why.....it's a big secret!

Just got back from Target where I bought a gorgeous winter white coat for $17!!!! Thanks for the idea :-)
