Ok I'd love to see what colors everyone has chosen for their weddings and what month is falls in. Is there a theme, etc?
My wedding is in Oct and our colors are apple red, tangerine, with gold accents and BLING everywhere. It goes along with the fall season.

we're in feb. our main color is pink, but there are a lot of other colors thrown in there, spring time, flowery, and vintage.
October. We're doing black and white with red and aqua. We're going retro/rockabilly with tons of polka dots!
We're doing navy, white, pink, and purple for our September wedding. : )
Our wedding is in March. We are incorporating pink, celedon, black, gold, and white. Our theme is Victorian Elegance with a Romantic Flair.
September: aqua, peacock blue, yellow, silver, white! Very, very modern theme and decor (wedding is at a contemporary art museum)
Ours is April 2011 and we are using bright pink, bright orange, lime green and black for our autumn wedding. Theonly black willbe the BM dresses and the other colours will come out through the flowers, lanterns, centrepieces, etc.
August .... we live at the shore, so a beachy feel .... our colors are mocha, plum, and apricot!
March - purple, copper, pistachio green with accents of dark brown and ivory
October - black, sliver and a pop of some other yet-to-be-determined color! :)
Our wedding was supposed to be this September but now it will probably be next May/June of 2011. My original color scheme was Plum and Gold but now I'm not sure if those are too dark for a summer wedding. I also thought it might be fun to have a vineyard inspired wedding. The fiance loves wine so I thought it would be perfect.

November: Berry, Silver, and Black!
My wedding is in July and I think we are going with a "Midsummer Masquerade" theme. Our colors are going to be purple and blue with gold and silver accents.
December 2011 and our colors currently black, vintage gray, blush and wine. Also, a picture of Amerie that has inspired my bridal party look. I've totally forgotten where I found it. Essence.com I believe. LOL!!

October! Navy Blue with ivory and other blue accents! My FH looooves blue!
March- red & white for ceremony and adding orange at the reception.

I have been sitting here trying ot imagine these. They sound good to me. If you have an inspiration board, try posting that. It'd help with the visuals :)
Books...You can add some softer shades of pruple and green to soften it. You can still keep your theme for the summer.
Ours is in December in the Riviera Maya and we choose sands, tans, browns with tangerine and deep amaranth accents.
My June wedding is going to be primarily orange and green. Here's a flower inspiration board - still haven't put together an overall look board yet!
