I definitely need to schedule some time to hit the gym in the hotel where I’m getting ready — to destress and help me feel more trim and defined before putting on the dress!
I know Mr. Bruschetta wants to get a workout in as well, so we’ll have to carefully time things so we don’t run into each other!
Are you planning to workout the morning of your wedding?

I’m thinking I’ll go for a jog the morning of, just to release a little energy. But I plan on keeping it short (2 miles, maybe). Just enough to get the blood pumping and the endorphins going… no need to wear myself out!

Totally! I’m actually not a big "worker outer" but I think it’s something that will totally get our juices flowing!! And calm some nerves too! I think I might try a yoga class with my ladies and have my fiance go for a run with his boys.

I may do some yoga so I can be calm and centered……not likely! I know I’ll be a bundle of nerves and I know the yoga will calm me a little.

My plan was always to go for a run the morning of my wedding, but I think it will now be a walk with my mom instead. I will definitely be doing something or else I will go crazy with nerves!

I’ll most likely be walking or doing some yoga. Or if worse comes to worse (the planned bachelorette party is the night before), I’m going to sleep as much as I can and probably do a meditation pose my yoga instructor taught me (lie on ground, put feet as high as possible on wall, deep breaths/eyes closed for 10 minutes) before I start the day!

I’ll need a morning run for sure. I’ll probably ask my dad and my sister to work out with me in the morning (we did this on the day of my sister’s wedding and it was POURING out.)
FI will probably want to work out too so we will have to time it well since we will be staying at the same hotel. I am dead set on him not seeing me before our ceremony!

i’ll most likely hit the elliptical in the morning at the hotel… nothing crazy, maybe just 20 minutes or so. its definitely a stress reliever and energy-booster for me! not sure about FI..but i’m also set on not seeing each other so we’ll have to plan on when we hit the gym.

I went for a mini run the morning of (about a mile – I’m a cyclist, not a runner.) I’m happy that I did as it’s a good way to get those endorphins flowing and burn off anxiety.

We’re hosting wedding yoga in the cool outdoor morning on the day of the wedding. The entire bridal party is invited and it is being led by a dear friend who is also a yoga instructor. We’ll get our relax and our stretch on!

I confess I didn’t go workout that morning. My mom and I had fun relaxing at the hot tub & getting a massage at the Hotel SPA center. I really enjoyed it.

I can just picture it now — my cute little bride tank top — some work out pants, me and the trails of Schenley Park. I can’t WAIT!
