So I’m thinking about my nails for the big day. I don’t particularly care for french nail polish and I usually wear so form of glitter or design on my nails (tastefully though). I have naturally long nails so I don’t want to get acrylics but would consider gels.
My colours are dusty pink, ivory and gold.
What do you think of something like this for my fingers:
And duck-egg blue like this for my toes (a something blue!):

I like the pink color, but I would skip the sparkles for the wedding.

And I wear sparkle polish sometimes. I just think something simpler and more elegant is better for the wedding!

I voted yes… but I’ll also add…. if you haven’t done your egagement shots yet, do a trial run and make sure it photographs well!

I love the fingers, not sure about the toes, though. The dark glitter is a bit much.

I like the pink without the glitter

Voters love it but PPs seem to prefer it without the glitter… What to do!
amberback: I think a trial run is a good idea. My hen is coming up in a few weeks so perhaps I could try it for that

linnylou_88: I voted ‘Love it’! Only because you’ve picked something fun and tasteful….I don’t think the glitter on either is too much. I did something very similar, with the glitter for my wedding, and honestly in the few hand pics we have, you can’t even see the glitter.

Love it. and I am with you – I am not a fan of French Manicures (especially on toes! tres stripper chic!)

I live the pink with sparkles but not a fan of the blue with the sparkles.

Go sparkles! I would do blue on the toes, but sans sparkles there.
Love those nails girl! I’ve been considering this as well!

linnylou_88: love the pink and glitter for nails, dislike the blue for your toes. JMO though :).

I like the pink better than the blue

LOVE it! Esp the pink with the sparkle! the pink is classic and the sparkle makes it fun but is so subtle that it won’t be distracting
