Both Mr. D and I are full of anxiety! We’re excited but when we start getting into the concrete stuff rather than the abstract “yay we’re getting married” we both get nervous. We’re anxious people to begin with and there’s a running joke that he’s going to faint as I go down the aisle but… it might actually happen, haha.

I don’t think it means you love your Fiance any less. I know for sure it doesn’t mean that for me or mine. If you’re nervous about big things in general, this is a pretty huge thing!

I’m anxious, but I think it’s more for the wedding itself. I just want everything to fall into place. Luckily, Fiance and I lived together before and throughout the engagement, so there aren’t too many changes happening at once!

I’m anxious. We live together so it’s not a lot of change really but it’s marriage and that makes me very nervous… like this is it.  Hold on let me go breathe into my brown paper bag… LOL I think everyone gets anxious before, it’s a huge commitment.

I think it’s completely understandable! Before any big change in life, anxiety is expected. It is a big commitment. I agree with the others–I don’t think it means you love your Fiance any less. I’ve felt nervous about getting married, but then I think about all the reasons I love my Fiance, and that does help the nerves go away.
