Which hotels are you Austin brides staying in for your wedding night? I was fine with staying in our apartment that night, but my mom's wedding gift to us is going to be a room. Did any of you married ladies get any upgrades or other newlywed perks from local hotels? Thanks!

Thanks, Indie B! I keep forgetting about that place, and I've always wanted to stay there.

His parents are gifting us with the honeymoon suite at The Four Seasons...

But on a side note, we spent a night at the Hotel San Juan that Miss Mouse is referencing for my birthday last week...it was AWESOME!

Thanks, abrideagain! I'll definitely have to check it out. I keep hearing about their bar too.

And have a fantastic time at the Four Seasons! What a great gift!

we were already up in G'town, so we stayed at the Carriage House (room) of San Gabriel B&B...super cute!  We could move in (had a kitchen, etc) but were only there for one day, anyway....breakfast was YUMMY

The carriage house is nice, bc you get the B&B feeling w/o hearing everything that everyone is doing...there are just 2 rooms in one house, one per floor.

We stayed at the Driskill, in the yellow rose bridal suite, both the night before the wedding and the wedding night.  It's a great room for getting ready in, which was why I chose it, and nice not to have to move my luggage the day of the wedding (I'm from out of town).  Anyway, the room was gorgeous, but we didn't get any wedding perks, which was sort of a bummer b/c (1) it's super expensive and (2) given the economy, every hotel we stayed for our HM definitely gave us perks (room upgrades, champagne, etc.).
