Haha - I had one last night that my mom picked out our wedding ceremony songs without asking us about it and they were all songs by the beach boys. I have no idea where that dream came from other than the fact that I'm getting married on the beach!
My wedding is still 10 months away, but about a month ago, I had a nightmare that it was here and I had forgotten to decorate anything. There were no centerpieces, no flowers, no decorations anywhere. And I was freaking out, but no one else seemed to notice. I woke up in a total panic, and it took probably 5-10 minutes before I realized that I still had *months* to worry about centerpieces!
I've had two. In both, it's time for the ceremony to begin and we're all ready to go, until I realize that my hair didn't get done.
This happened to me for a few months before the wedding. But don't worry, they're just dreams. It's just stress playing out in your sleep.
Haha-im so glad that i am not the only one this is happening to!

Redherring-I have had that dream too!
I even took a "wedding day off" today because that dream was so awful.. but i figure work days are from 9-6 so i have started again haha
I had a nightmare that my photographer was in Haiti, I fell into a pool and got soaked, there were no flowers, and we were in the wrong place... It was awful. And I'm still 6 months out!
mine is about a year away and i had my first one! it involved my dad wearing his gym clothes!
I just had one last night. I dreamed that I was already done up in my wedding dress when I had an attack of uncontrollable diarrhea that soaked right through and stained my dress.
Ewwwww.
I had one a few weeks ago that I had forgotten to hire a DJ for the reception so I was scrambling all over the hotel trying to find someone who had an Ipod and speakers. For some reason in the dream I was the only one who noticed there was no music - none of my dream guests said a word while I was panicing.
@Mz.Puppie -- that is horrible!
I've had them and I haven't even set a date yet! I wish they would stop :( I have nightmares about my MIL being a control freak and me going crazy-zilla on her! I'd wake up crying or short of breath. Stop, please stop! I guess it is kinda common to have some sort of wedding nightmares?
I had my first wedding nightmare last night...
I have a friend (in real life) that is getting very antsy to get married (near the point of delivering an ultimatum despite all advice to the contrary) & start having babies.
In my dream, FH & I were just about to take our first dance. As we're walking to the dancefloor, the spotlight comes on to reveal that my friend's boyfriend is there in the center of the dancefloor. OUR song starts playing and he kneels down to propose to her. She runs over, squeals, yes yes yes, and then says, well I have a surpise for you too - I'm preggers. All of my guests surround them in some crazy 100 person group hug completely forgetting about FH & I. Then she has the nerve to ask our reverend to just go ahead and marry them right then and there. He says yes, and I yell "NOOOOOOOOOOO!" I woke myself and my FH up yelling NOOOOO in my sleep.
Ugh! The combination of realizing I'm less than 1.5 months out and planning 3 corporate holiday events and taking some serious cold medicine really did a number on me!!!!
I have been having them for years. Usually my hair isn't done and the flowers aren't right. My FI actually had one the other night too! HA!
I had my first one the night before thanksgiving...lol. and Mine is 9 months away.
I had a few into the 2-4 weeks before the wedding...all consisting of me not getting to the church on time. I hated waking up in a panic!!
I have dreams all the time. Some times they are happy. Most of them consist of my DIY stuff falling apart, my wedding planner co ordinator the day before and my latest one- my fiance telling me he no longer loves me and cancelling the wedding.

Well, my wedding is in about 4 weeks and i am having terrible nightmares! Is this happening to anyone else? I had a terrible dream that we went to the wrong church and it was too late to go to the right church and i was going to have to wait until next year to get married... and my honeymoon got canceled and no one cared except me!! Is this happening to anyone else?
