I've already had a bunch....and I have quite a while to go! Mine were usually along the theme of not having things done or having forgotten to do certain things (eg. didn't get my dress) or just running behind schedule in general. No fun!!
Bumping to tell you guys about my ring nightmare! Usually ring nightmares happen to the pre-engaged girls and it's about the ring being hideous, but I'm already married and it was a different kind of dream. In the dream I was showing a friend my ring now that the band is attached. The details are fuzzy, but it's actually after I woke up that is important - apparantely when dream Courtney took off her ring, so did the real life sleeping one! Expect of course there was no one to hand it to, so I just dropped it. I about had a heart attack when I realized it was missing, and it took forever to find because somehow it managed to slip into the pillow case!
Oh I have one! I was getting married at the place i work at. The reception area was nice, but for some reason instead of a bar we had a consession stand. I walked over to tell the bartender, to stop serving food, we ordered meals for eveyone and she told me that i had ordderd Buff bites and waffel fries for my reception dinner. (FI and I HATE buff bites btw) I did not want to fight with her so I asked for some fries and she told me i had to wait all the gas guys from the hotel were in line before me. I told her I would just go get it my self. So me in my wedding dress walk in to the kitchen, Where I see my boss. I told him i wanted some french frys but the bartender would not give me one. and the sales lady messed up because i did not get what i orderd. He told me that the truck did not come with my food so they kinda had to wing it. But the resturant was busy so could i help cook? I put on my chefs coat over my dress and an apron and I was cooking orders in my wedding dress.
Not terrible but i woke up pretty upset.
@Wonderstruck: OMG seriously? That's so scary. I would stop sleeping eith the ring on.
I haven't had any nightmares yet, but FI did. In his dream he was not just late to our wedding, apparently his life fast-forwarded to that day and he had no idea what was going on. LOL
Thank God, I thought I was the only one!! Ever since we got engaged, I've been having nightmares. Mostly about things or people destroying our relationship, but the other night I had one about the wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. They're nonstop! It's stressing me out even more, lol
This has already happened to me a few times! They have all been about not having things done or something like that. Obnoxious!
I had one just a couple nights ago and we got married in June! Ha, it wasn't so bad but basically, there was a dinosaur invasion of our wedding and they took care of all of the annoying guests. Though in real life there weren't any annoying guests or mishaps.
@Thecrackermarch: Lol! I would LOVE if dinosaurs took care of a lot of my guests.
To answer the original question - yes, I've had a few. In the most vivid one, I'd forgotten to bring my dress, accessories etc to the hotel where I'll be getting ready. I couldn't find my bridesmaids either. And my dad took off when it was time for him to walk me down the aisle.
Yup having heaps weirdly....
Stupid things like my centerpieces being flowers (v against this) and going bridezilla
Falling into the river our reception is on (this almost happened when we viewed the place originally...)
My sister walking out and me being down a bridesmaid (this is actually a possibility ATM..)
And various other ones including me being extremely nervous and my father making it worse in the limo on the way to the ceremony....
God help me! There is over 10 months to go !
Oh I'm so glad I'm not the only one!
I had one that my mom forgot my dress and mademe wear this ugly thing, but I did it and went down the steps to get married. They were still setting up and putting zebra striped linens on the tables(my colors are navy and gold) and I started saying "No it's all wring I can't take it".
After all of that they put card board on the table and when I go to walk down the aisle my dad is already sitting down. I start crying and wake up. I don't know what it means but it was crazy.
I'm so happy with only 3 months to go because I've been having them since I got engaged! I don't know how to make them stop lol

...Do any of you have wedding nightmares/bad dreans?
I have had three. More like bad dreams. They started off with little things like fainting while saying our vows, but last night I had the full blown wedding/reception bad dream. Everything that could go wrong did. LOL and I have 5 more months to go before the big day!
