Hahaha! That's funny about his back tattoo.
Dreams let you confront all your fears (not that all those things would happen but maybe just forgetting to DO something) and deal with them. I think your mind prepares you for the absolute worst - so just think, there's NO WAY anything could go as wrong as it does in your dreams. :)
I had a dream where I arrived at the reception room, and it was a gray 10 x 10 room with no furniture at all. I got upset that our crowd wouldn't fit or be able to sit or dance, and my mom and aunt started berating me that I should be grateful for this room.
LOL I totally have the teeth dream too and it is SO DISTURBING! I'm glad I'm not the only one out there :) haha!
I had one not too long ago that I never got my dress altered so the morning of the wedding we used clothespins, tape, and safety pins to secure the back of my dress so it fit tight enough. I was stressed in the dream. I dreamt when I got to the end of the aisle my fiance and I were overcome with emotion and crying... until he gave me a hug and he stopped and pulled back and gave me a look that said "what is going on back there?!" It made me laugh so hard I woke myself up!
Did you know that dreaming about your teeth falling out symbolizes a fear of losing money? I read that in a dream dictionary once! :]
I had a nightmare last night that there was a hurricane/tidal wave and it washed over my entire ceremony site, about ten minutes before the wedding was supposed to start. Oh--and I forgot to go to my hair appointment in the dream, so my hair was totally undone and everyone was waiting for me to start on time.
It's getting bad. I need me some ambien.

My stress sometimes comes out in my dreams. Probably 4-6 times a year I have the somewhat common recurring dream about my teeth falling out.
When I'm preparing to teach a new class, I have dreams that students yell at me, won't listen, throw things, and I end up losing it and cursing them all out.
Well, I've officially had my first wedding disaster dream:
I was about to go in to the ceremony (though my dad wasn't there) and I realized that I had FORGOTTEN. To do. Everything. No one knew where to sit, what music to play, what time the wedding was. I had forgotten to choose a bridesmaid dress! Somehow, they all ended up in this crazy shiny pink tutu dress with a black patent-leather belt around it.
Oh, and my FI refused to wear a shirt because he wanted to show off the new tattoo he got across his back (in real life, he has zero tattoos and no plans on getting any).
I don't think this is what is meant by "The wedding of your dreams" ...
If I were a psychologist, I would say that I have issues about being in control... But I'm not! So I'll just ask:
Any other wedding nightmares out there?? Or is it just me?...
