My fiance told me the night before the wedding that he loved me, but couldn’t spend his life with me. After that it was like scene after scene of us being heartbroken and wanting to be together, but we weren’t together. I woke up and needed a BIG hug.

I haven’t had many. My FI is designing and letter pressing our invites (it’s what he does for a living), but while he’s AMAZING at what he does, he always waits until the last minute. I had a dream that we showed up to our wedding reception (not sure why I didn’t notice this during the ceremony?) and the only people that were there were our immediate family members because he never did the invites.

I can’t recall any other wedding related ones, but I have had a few break up ones and one where he left me in a toy store for his ex who he ran into while we were in there. I woke up so upset and angry and had to talk myself down.

I think I may have posted this a while ago, but it was a terribly vivid nightmare (which almost happened)

durring the rsvp gathering nonsence I had a dream that no one came including my Dh and I ended up sitting under our giant rented tent by my self and a bunch of black bears came up and started eating the cake!

nothing remotely close to that ended up happening but i was pretty convinced it would come true for a while.

Last night, I dreamed that I forgot to pack my wedding day makeup and we were in the middle of nowhere. We were asking people for directions to a gas station in hopes they would have some cheap eyeliner at least! Then my fiancé and I were about to walk down the aisle together and I started freaking out because it felt like he had just proposed the day before, and I was freaked out that I couldn’t remember anything from the last 18 months. I was screaming at him, “18 months! I lost 18 months!”

A few weeks ago, I dreamed that my dad walked in on me changing into my (hideious) dress and saw me naked. Also dreamed it was time for me to walk down the aisle and I was nowhere near ready.

I’m afraid I’m going to end up with the headache from hell because that’s what happens when I cry, and I know I’ll breakdown more than once, ha. I’ve actually had dreams about how everybody is enjoying the reception and I’m just sitting there because I have such a bad headache.

I just had my first one a few nights ago. It was that there wasnt enough food and there were only crumbs left. I was mortified. Pretty lame wedding nightmare, huh?

I dreamed that I stepped on my dress and ripped it all the way up.  Which is actually a possibility since I’m really clumsy…

@Asia:  Giant mound of bacon?  Sounds like a party to me. 🙂

I had one the other night that started with the tail end of the ceremony. Then we went to the reception, which was in someone’s back yard and we didn’t have anything except long picnic tables, which were set up really far away from each other so no one could really mingle. And we didn’t have any linens so the tablecloths were beach towels. FI’s sister was arranging tables and when I asked if we could move them closer together, she screamed at me, became absolutely furious, and left. Then I was talking to a friend and realized that I wasn’t wearing a ring…we had never actually said our vows and weren’t actually married…
