Hello Bees,
So the time has finally come for when I need to start actually planning my wedding. I'm not a super creative person so I get ideas from my friends, family, TV and of course Weddingbee. My fiancé and I are a mixed couple I'm Hispanic and he is Caucasian. I want to have an elegant and beautiful wedding, but I also want it to be super fun and memorable. So here is my dilemma at the moment as I’m thinking of possible things that I would like to do for my wedding.
I was thinking it would be fun to bring in the new tradition of La Hora Loca to my wedding receptions. For those who don’t know La Hora Loca is The Crazy Hour in Spanish. It's like a mini carnival at the reception that kicks off the party time after the traditional stuff it's over. Here is a good article about it from a vendor in Florida: http://www.weddingsillustrated.net/index.cfm?fuseaction=news.details&ArticleId=2295
I've seen pictures and videos from friends back at home that have it in their wedding and it just looks like a ton of fun, and I feel like it would be a good way to add some of my culture to my wedding as well.
So I was wondering what the bees thought of it, has anyone done this for their wedding or planning on doing it, does anyone has any advice for a good entertainment vendor in NJ or DYI ideas for "La Hora Loca"?
Let's hear it Bees!! Thanks in advance.
