I'm using Shane Irwin Photography. I love his work, he's very affordable and you get him (along with a second shooter) for the entire day without paying extra for more time. I LOVE that! He's pretty good with responding too.
We're using Jonathan Howard http://jonathanhowardphoto.com/Home.html. He's a really great guy.
Also, I used http://www.thephotographix.com/ for my boudior shoot and I love these women. They are amazing and so much fun to be around.
@ebet24: A really great resource for the Nashville area is Wedding 101 (http://wedding101.net/) They're in the Factory in Franklin. It's basically free help with wedding planning. They are really great and have these huge binders of vendors. You can go as often as you like to talk about all things wedding and they never charge you.

Thanks for the awesome suggestions. I ended up going with Lotus Blossom Photography and I'm so happy with my choice. I will definitely post pics after the wedding :)

I had my heart set on one photographer in particular and was certain I wanted to have him shoot my wedding, but he has stopped answering my emails within the last few weeks. Luckily I hadn't put any money down yet, but now I'm frustrated that I have to start this whole searching for a wedding photographer process all over again. I'm looking for one under $1800 if possible. Any ideas?
