Thank you! I was so glad that we got the parasols for our guests because it was really hot in direct sun. It really helped finding another person in the hive to split the cost with. My sister brought her the parasols the day after our wedding.

@msbunny - Yes, the winner gets $250 - which will get us 1 night at the hotel where we got engaged for our anniversary next month! We had been in the lead, but we've slipped. Unfortunately I don't think the end date has been announced and I don't think I can keep the momentum going.

Our photographer is having a "picture of the year contest" and we've been nominated in the category Bridal Party (Moore Wedding) and our friends are nominated in the Ceremony category (Winter Wedding).
The hive inspired so much of my wedding and helped me to find all of the details - but I've fallen out of the hive since our wedding last August and haven't posted any pics! So in case there is anyone here who was planning with me last summer - you can see a glimpse of our wedding in the contest entry. I found out where to buy the parasols in the pic from the hive and found a fellow bride to share them with to save some money. Thanks hive for all of your help!

If you want to vote for us, we are "Moore Wedding"(Bridal Party) and our good friends are "Winter Wedding" (Ceremony). Their ceremony picture was taken during the beautifully written and very touching vows her husband read. Her mother had recently passed and it was a very emotional and also beautiful service - and I think our photographer did a great job capturing that moment. I obviously strongly recommend our photog!
